The most powerful voice is that of small business! As innovators and entrepreneurs, small tech business leaders have the ability to transform society for the better by creating jobs and growing the economy. But leadership is more than just running your business; it also requires participation as citizens who make a difference in their communities and for the nation.

Rob McKenna and Shahin Kohan will discuss the importance of small business leaders getting involved in public policy debates by creating a dialogue with legislators. As a former elected official, Mr. McKenna will provide his perspective on the impact business leaders have when engaging and educating policymakers about their businesses and their concerns. Mr. Kohan will discuss why he believes it is critical for more small businesses to join together and share their views with elected officials who are responsible for setting public policies and priorities.

Please join us for what promises to be an insightful and informative discussion during National Small Business Week!
